2 types of hypertrophy.



So for my researching there are 2 types of hypertrophy.
1)The Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy which involves size training higher reps,shorter rest periods,increasing that pump blood flowing to the muscles.That makes the muscles looks soft,puffy and weak.
2)The Myofibrillar hypertrophy which is the oposite of muscle size increase that being the fiber recruit which is made through strength training lower reps harder exercises or heavy weights and long rest periods,that will give the muscles that rock hard look.
Here is the difference.
It's clear enough what size or strength training does.
